Soft light, white stone walls, light terra-cotta tiles, dark wood, old carved chairs, wrought iron chairs, papel picado, beautiful arches and an antique rug transported this wedding editorial right back in time to a Spanish colonial feel. The florist, Tobias from Volet decorated the arches and the ceremony just beautifully with soft green vines as if they had been growing there all along. House of Moirai designed a beautiful bespoke gown and veil to fit right in with the Spanish wedding vibe and Paula made the calligraphy fit perfectly for this venue. And what a venue, Yas Links in Abu Dhabi are finally starting to focus more on weddings and we’re thrilled to be part of the start of this wedding journey. It was all tied together with timeless styling with terra-cotta plates and papel picado hanging from above by Rasha from The Purple Chair. All the vendors worked so hard to truly embrace a real Spanish vibe, in the middle of Abu Dhabi.
All of us are keen to do this 100 times over again. We loved it so much! So if you’re a bride and you’re loving this wedding set-up, the styling of it and having it shot on film, don’t hesitate to drop us a line and we’d love to talk more!
